Alice Greene & Co. is a publisher of non-fiction books. They are books to help their readers enjoy a sustainable and creative life. Hopefully you already have your book, or perhaps you need help organizing your material and getting the project completed.
Books are a collaborative activity, in terms of their development and completion, and also in their marketing.
Writing, while key to any book, is part of a bigger whole; how is the book content structured; what pictures and illustrations are needed to go with your text (or text to go with your pictures); how to refine the text and root out typos; how to get it printed and at the price and quality the market wants.
As the author, you are the subject expert., you are the symbol of your book, its voice. In today’s market, authors need to engage with their current and potential readers both online, through blog(s) and social networking, and in person through talks and conferences.
We cover the traditional publisher activities, getting the book into retail outlets, stores and websites, advertising online and in print, soliciting media reviews and providing support at public appearances.
